A LA CARTE WEDDING FLORAL AGREEMENT

The Novel Bloom

Thank you for choosing The Novel Bloom for your wedding florals. This agreement outlines the details of your a la carte order and ensures both you and our studio are protected, while keeping the process seamless and beautiful.

1. Your Floral Order

All selections are chosen from our a la carte menu. Quantities, color palettes, and specific blooms are curated with seasonal availability and our design expertise in mind. While we honor your vision, substitutions may be made to ensure the highest quality and aesthetic.

 

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order and secure your date. Payments are non-refundable. Once payment is received, your order is officially on our calendar.

 

3. Adjustments & Cancellations

Any changes to quantities or floral items must be requested at least 14 days before your event.

We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee specific blooms or designs outside of this timeframe.

Cancellations will not be refunded.

 

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup: You assume responsibility for flowers once they leave our studio, including transport and care.

Delivery: We schedule deliveries within a 1 hour window; exact times cannot be guaranteed. We will confirm a delivery time approximately 1 month prior to event.

 

5. Care & Responsibility

Floral designs are living, natural creations. The Novel Bloom cannot be held responsible for damage caused by handling, weather, or environmental conditions after pickup or delivery.

 

6. Force Majeure / Vendor Protection

In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, severe weather, illness, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen events), The Novel Bloom will:

Notify you as soon as possible

Refund any payments made for your order

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the floral order. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or damages resulting from events outside of our control.

 

7. Artistic Release

By signing this agreement, you grant The Novel Bloom permission to photograph or film your floral designs for marketing, social media, portfolio, or other promotional purposes. Your personal information and identity will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

8. Scope of Service

A la carte orders include the flowers listed on your menu selection only. On-site setup, installation, or styling is not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

 

9. Agreement Confirmation

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
